ONLY online registration via www.ascvtsbali2012.org will be accepted for international participants. Early registration rate will be applied until October 10, 2011. The online registration will be applied until January 20, 2012. On and after January 21, 2012, participants will be required to contact the registration staff at registration@ascvtsbali2012.org for pre-registration with on-site rate.

Confirmation of Registration:
- Once your registration and payment have been submitted, the secretarial office will then issue a confirmation letter by email, confirming your congress registration and reservation for tour and accommodation.
- If you do not receive a confirmation by February 15, 2012, please contact our registration staff at E-mail:registration@ascvtsbali2012.org or kindly bring your copy of registration form and proof of payment to the registration desk upon your arrival on site.
Refunds
- Registered participants who are unable to attend will receive 50 % refund. A written notification is required and must be received by the Congress Secretariat before December 31st, 2011. All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the congress. Transfer to another name is accepted with written notification before December 31st, 2011.
- All cancellations/changes request must be made in writing by email to registration@ascvtsbali2012.org
- Indonesian participants
Participants from Indonesia are welcome to register directly at our Secretarial Office at National Cardiovascular Center Harapan Kita Main Building, 4th Floor. If you choose to register at the office, ONLY payments by cash in US Dollars are accepted. The applied rates are all the same.
Term & Condition
- This Registration will be completed upon received of full payment
- Registered delegates who are unable to attend will received 50% refund. A written notification is required to submit to ASCVTS 20th Registration office registration@ascvtsbali2012.org before December 31, 2011.
- All approved refunds will processed and issued 60 days after the congress.
