ASCVTS 2012 will be held it main congress at Bali International Convention Center on March 8-11, 2012.

Visitors to Indonesia require a passport that valid at least 6 months commencing the arrival at the port of entry to obtain visa. In case you need to travel separated with your children, we recommend you to have separate passports. You can apply visa at the nearest Indonesian Embassy or consulate in your country.
Indonesian government has granted VOA (Visa on Arrival) to several countries. Those nationalities can obtain Indonesian visa upon arrival at the port of entries. A 30-day tourist visa will cost you about US$ 25. Tourist visa is not extendable, so should you have to stay longer than 30 days, you can exit to the nearest neighboring country to obtain new visa at the Indonesian Embassy or consulate.
